Services
Sheldon Maddix provides personal coaching programs and keynote speaking services. The specific scope, duration, and pricing of each service are described on the relevant pages of this site. All services are intended for personal development and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Payments & Refunds
Pricing for coaching programs is listed on the Coaching and Book pages. Payments are processed securely at checkout. Because coaching requires scheduling and preparation, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session.
Client Responsibilities
Coaching results depend significantly on your active participation and commitment. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. Sheldon Maddix provides guidance, frameworks, and accountability, but cannot guarantee specific results.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, the RESET Method framework, and materials provided during sessions — is the property of Sheldon Maddix and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Sheldon Maddix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
